The website is a creative work protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international regulations. With the exception of WMH Project, no person may reuse, transfer or exploit on their own behalf all or part of the elements or works of the website.

Use of the mission-neptune.com website implies full acceptance of the general terms of use described below. These terms may be modified or supplemented at any time; users are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

This website is normally accessible to users at all times. An interruption for technical maintenance reasons may however be decided by Mission Neptune, which will then endeavour to inform users in advance of the dates and times of intervention.

It nevertheless reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible periods, in particular for maintenance, infrastructure improvements, or if the services generate traffic deemed abnormal.

Mission Neptune and the host cannot be held responsible for malfunctions of the Internet network, telephone lines or computer and telephone equipment, in particular due to network congestion preventing access to the server.

Intellectual property and infringement

Mission Neptune and WMH Project own the intellectual property rights or hold the rights of use over all elements accessible on the website, in particular texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited unless prior written authorisation is obtained from Mission Neptune.

Any unauthorised use of the website or any of its elements will be considered as constituting infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Limitations of liability

Mission Neptune is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the content it publishes.

Mission Neptune cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the mission-neptune.com website, resulting either from the use of equipment not meeting the required specifications, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.
